Wheat batter, cabbage, potato, eggs, and tempura flakes topped with sauce. (Choice of beef, chicken, duck, bacon, salmon, shrimp, scallop, tofu, rock lobster, or soy chicken)
Teppanyaki

Grilled with mixed veggies, veggie rice pilaf, and a mixed salad. (Choice of garlic beef, soy chicken teriyaki, miso plum duck, salmon garlic soy shrimp, yuzu soy rock lobster, or teriyaki soy chicken)
Agemono

Traditional fried dishes service with rice pilaf and salad. Choice of KATSU: Pork, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, Scallops, or Lobster, or Japanese Fried Chicken, marinated in ginger and garlic soy, lightly fried.
